Information about The Club at Mexico Beach Condominiums

Construction of the Club at Mexico Beach began in 2005 and was completed in June 2007. Using lessons learned from hurricanes like Katrina, this concrete building is designed and built to withstand even the most severe storms. A metal roof and hurricane shutters for seaward facing windows will decrease chances of damage. In addition, all of the Club's condominiums sit over the parking area providing additional protection against storm surges. This parking arrangement also provides convenient "garage parking" for our residents.

The Club was also built in such a way that every condominium has a view of the ocean from its balcony. Since the first story residences are actually built on a second story level, views of the scenery are not interrupted by passing traffic. Unit 4C even has over 500 square feet of porch/balcony space making it a perfect place to entertain family and friends.

Even though the beach condominiums are built across the street from the ocean, access to the soft, white sand is no problem as there are two public accesses, one on each end of the building. Just a short drive west is a long public pier.
